Volunteer Policy
Tassajara Valley Little League is an all-volunteer organization. We have had tremendous success in past years with the involvement of our parents throughout the season. We cannot do it without you! As part of demonstrating that ongoing successful team and family atmosphere, we ask our parents to get involved with the League each year to make this the best experience for the kids.
Volunteer Requirements and Fees
Tassajara Valley Little League is asking each family to commit to 10 hours (per family, not per player) of volunteering this season.

**NO VOLUNTEER FEE THIS YEAR**
Little League requires that a background check be performed on all volunteers that interact with players. All background checks will be run through JDP. The process will start once you log-in to your Blue Sombrero account and sign up as an Adult Volunteer. An email from JDP will follow within a week.

*Team Safety Office 3
*Team Safety/Adult Game Coordinator 3
*Team Scorekeeper -upper divisions only (Majors, AAA & AA) 3
Snack Shack Volunteer 2
Special Events (Evaluations, Opening Day, Picture Day, Clinics, Tournaments, Playoffs, etc.) 1
OPT OUT - I am unable to volunteer my time this season and will pay $400 to the league 0
